Admissions Priorities: The following policies provide guidance on enrollment decisions in the case of limited enrollment or waitlist situations at certain grade levels. Priority enrollment is given to:
- Children of St. Patrick Catholic School employees, currently-enrolled students, and siblings of current students whose families are in good standing. (Clover Patch students will be considered currently enrolled).
- Children from families who are registered, contributing members of St. Patrick Parish.
- Children from families who are registered members in good standing at other Catholic parishes.
- Children from families of other faiths. Date of family registration will determine enrollment priority in the event of high demand for placement in a specific grade level.

Education Savings Account Information
Iowa's Students First Act has established a framework and funding for Education Savings Accounts (ESAs), which may be used by eligible families to cover tuition, some fees, and other qualified education expenses at accredited private schools in Iowa. All students are eligible this fall. Online application opens in April.

Enrolling Your Student - 2025-26 school year
(contact the school office for 2024-25 information)-
Families may pay tuition and eligible fees with their Education Savings Accounts.
This does not include the annual registration fee.

New Family Registration Check List

Early Spring
Fill out a New Family Registration Application and return with registration fee
Apply for an ESA account in April
- If applicable, apply for STO tuition assistance

Summer
Set up PowerSchool family account in July
- Fill out Final Online Registration materials in August
- Attend Orientation Day the week before school starts

Documents to Return
Copy of birth certificate (optional) or other proof of age documentation
- Copy of baptism record if applicable
- Physical/Immunization record
- Dental screening (Kindergarten only)
