Hi my name is Michele (Shelly) Hanson. My husband Tim and I live in Cedar Falls with our three children Whitney 15, Katelyn 12, and Sam 8. We love to spend time together as a family and most of that time we like to spend at our trailer in Prairie Du Chien, Wi. We go up just about every weekend and enjoy boating and fishing on the Mississippi River. Our faith is very important to us and we are involved at Orchard Hill Church.
I am a graduate of UNI with a double BA in Early childhood and Elementary Education. This past summer I also returned to school to receive my Reading Endorsement K-8. I have been able to enjoy the best of both worlds for the past fourteen years. Being a stay at home mom, as well as a teacher. I have been a substitute with many long term teaching positions for the past fourteen years and enjoyed them all. My goal was to teach full time when my little ones all reached school aged and so here I am. I am so excited to be a part of the St. Pat’s teaching team and am looking forward to a wonderful year at Clover Patch. |
