Social Studies |  The current Hartcourt Social Studies Curriculum assists students in learning to make sense of themselves, family, community, state, nation, and world. We do this through:
- (K - 1) Citizenship and Our Changing World
- (Grade 2) Communities Near and Far
- (Grade 3-4) Our Diverse Nation
- (Grade 5-6) Civilizations
- (Grade 7-8) American History/ World Geography
By focusing students' learning, creating dynamic instructional experiences, and providing options for various assessments, we broaden students' social understanding while laying a foundation for civic responsibility. |
