Registration Requirements - Unless written arrangements have been made, all fees must be paid before final registration can be completed in August.
- Parishioners must be registered with the parish and have a current stewardship pledge card on file at the parish office.
 Registration
New students (K-Grade 8) need:
- By Iowa law, an incoming kindergartner must be five (5) years of age prior to September 15th.
- Registration form and fee
- FACTS information if applicable
- Baptismal & birth certificate
- Medical information; Physical, dental and immunization forms. Please call school office for forms
Transferring students need: - Registration form and fee
- FACTS forms if applicable
- All records from past school
FACTS Service
FACTS is a tuition management service to help families meet their financial obligation in a simple, convenient way that is completely confidential and secure. Because it is not a loan program, you have no debt, there are no interest or finance charges assessed and there is no credit check.
Once your information is received and process by FACTS, you will receive a FACTS confirmation letter confirming your payment.
You can chose to have your payment deducted from checking or savings on either the 5th or the 20th of each month.
