Registration

1. Unless written arrangements have been made, all fees must be paid before final registration can be completed in August
2. Parishioners must be registered with the parish and have a current stewardship pledge card on file at the parish office.

Registration

New students (K-Grade 8) need:

1. By Iowa law, and incoming kindergartner must be five (5) years of age prior to September 15th.
2. Registration form and fee
3. FACTS information if applicable
4. Baptismal & birth certificate
5. Medical information; Physical, dental and immunization forms. Please call school office for forms

Transferring students need:

1. Registration form and fee
2. FACTS forms if applicable
3. All records from past school
